Sauerkraut dinner

2 large potatoes, diced into tiny cubes
1 medium onion, sliced
1 large green bell pepper, cubed
4 cloves garlic, chopped
8 oz. sauerkraut, with juice
1/2 lb. cubed polish sausage or corn beef (cooked)
1/2 tsp. carroway seed
olive oil

Coat large skillet with oil and saute potatoes for two minutes on medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, stirring for five minutes. Stir in bell pepper and carroway seed. Saute for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and add sauerkraut and sausage, heating until just warmed throughout.

Banana's Notes
This recipe is what Noj makes when it is his turn to cook dinner. We also sometimes use red bell peppers, or a combination of red and green. This is a very unique flavor.
