Salmon Fettucini with Lemon Pepper sauce

1 package fettucini, cooked to package directions
1/2 to 1 lb salmon fillet
1/2 onion, diced
1 tomato, diced
2 cups water or milk
2 T. butter
1 T. corn starch
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. lemon pepper (or more, to taste)
cooking oil

Combine water and corn starch.  Stir in lemon juice, lemon peel and lemon pepper.  Set aside.

Heat a small amount of oil in a large fry pan.  Remove skin from salmon and dice into bite-sized pieces.  Saute in oil until fully cooked.  Remove to a bowl.

Add a little more oil and the onion and tomato.  Saute until the onion is cooked and transparent.  Add butter and corn starch mixture and cook, stirring until butter is melted and sauce thickens.  Remove from heat and stir in cooked pasta.

Banana's Notes
Yum.  Can everyone tell that my favorite flavor these days is lemon?
